Account Deletion & Data Erasure Policy

At Coinzy, we respect your privacy and give you full control over your personal data. In accordance with Google Play Developer Policies and global data privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA), users have the right to permanently delete their account and associated data at any time.
1. How to Delete Your Account via Mobile App (Instant Deletion)
You can request instant account deletion directly inside the Coinzy Android mobile application by following these 3 simple steps:
Step 1: Open Profile Settings
Open the Coinzy app and tap on the Profile icon located at the bottom-right corner of the navigation bar.
Step 2: Navigate to Danger Zone
Scroll down to the Danger Zone section at the bottom of the Profile menu and select Delete Account.
Step 3: Confirm Account Deletion
A confirmation modal will pop up. You can optionally provide a reason for leaving, then tap the red Delete Permanently button. Your account will be purged immediately.
2. Web-Based or Manual Account Deletion Request
If you no longer have access to the mobile application or wish to submit a web deletion request, you can request account deletion by emailing our support team:

- Subject Line: Account Deletion Request
- Required Details: Please include your registered account email and/or username. Requests are processed within 24-48 business hours.
3. Data That Will Be Permanently Deleted
Upon account deletion, the following data is permanently purged from our active servers and cannot be recovered:
- Your account profile, display name, and avatar.
- Your registered email address and authentication credentials.
- All accumulated virtual reward points and coin balance.
- All pending withdrawal requests and referral bonus links.
- Saved preferences and active device registration tokens.
4. Data Retention Policy
To comply with legal obligations, financial reporting regulations, and anti-fraud enforcement (preventing multiple account abuse and illegal chargebacks), certain transactional metadata (such as completed payout history logs and anonymized fraud detection flags) may be retained in archived security backups for up to 90 days before final destruction.
